Chagrin Valley deodorant & packaging updates

Not really “news” as such, seeing as how it’s not new. Chagrin Valley used to make a very fine unscented deodorant cream. It was very fine as its main ingredients were useful stuff like coconut oil, baking soda, and a starch; and as it didn’t contain scent. Unlike the million and one other coconut-and-baking-soda deodorant creams on the market. Here’s what it used to look like:

Note non-great packaging: label design, fonts, colours, the lot.

Heinous.

All this has changed.

The deodorant is still alive and well, and as fab as ever, and continues to be a regular part of the deodowich. But lo: much nicer new packaging, and I for one am happy to pay the $0.75 more for it:

Also available in various scented versions. Chagrin Valley also have a new deodorant, with clay instead of baking soda, and arrowroot powder instead of cornstarch. The nearest thing to an unscented version is the Tea Tree one (below); as it has tea tree and rosemary (essential) oils, though, it is of course not actually properly unscented. There’s also a Lemongrass (same ingredients, but with lemongrass oil as well):
